Registration; Customer Accounts; Use of Site
Certain services offered on or through the Site require you to first open a My Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your My Account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lacoste-Polo.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Lacoste-Polo.com further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Lacoste-Polo.com upon our shipment of products or delivery of services that you have ordered. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Most all Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt during normal business hours. Please review your Order carefully before submitting. We do not guarantee Same Day Shipping, but most Orders will ship within 1-2 Business Days. For items out of stock, we will notify you of the expected product availability date.You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped. On arrival of merchandise via UPS/EMS/DHL/FedEx, You must pick up the merchandise in 10 days as specified by UPS/EMS/DHL/FedEx. If You are not available for pickup, please assign a third person to pick up the merchandise. Lacoste-Polo.com will not be responsible for any loss due to non-pickup merchandises. This arbitrary clause also applies to all payment methods (including PayPal and Credit Card).
Problem with the delivery
If you've already received a tracking number from us and there is a problem with the delivery (customs regulations, loss, etc.), please contact the shipping service. As the law states the sender is not to be held responsible for the delivery of the product; the shipping service is. On arrival of merchandise via UPS/EMS/DHL/FedEx, You must pick up the merchandise in 10 days as specified by UPS/EMS/DHL/FedEx. Images, Dyes, Fabrics, Weights and Content
Every effort is made to insure that pictured fabric colors in our catalog and on our website are as close as possible to the actual fabric color. This cannot be guaranteed and an actual color sample should be purchased when exact color match is required. Since most monitors are never calibrated the colors you see on your monitor may differ from what others see on their monitor and from the actual color of the apparel in the picture. Shade variations are inherent in the garment during process. By purchasing our products you thereby agree to all the before mentioned conditions.
